Eating during early pregnancy
I am 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I'm having a hard time trying to find foods I want to eat. The only thing that is even remotely on my mind is Chinese food and even when I eat that I can not eat much. I don't feel hungry often therefore I'm only eating about once or twice a day and snacks here and there. I need help on how to eat more or tips on if this has happened to you during pregnancy. I don't want to hurt the baby in any way by not eating! Please help?
