All day sickness can't cope 😩😩

Hey guys first time I've wrote on hear but I'm really struggling with sickness all day and night to the point I haven't sleept well in over a week. I can't even keep the smallest bits of water or food down because I feel so sick. It's almost a relief if I do have something so then there's actually something to throw up instead of just bio and constant reaching. I have a energetic toddler and now have no reserves left in me!! my tummy is sore my throat is sore and lips are so dry. I had same thing first time round for 6months with my daughter but thought maybe first pregnancy and she was a girl it was to be expected I ended up in hospital on a drip. But struggling to know how to cope with the symptoms this time round and help or sympathy much appreciated 😢🤢xx 7weeks 4days.
