I'm 5 weeks 1 day pregnant and have had nausea, sore breast, and been very tired. My 2.5 year old keeps me really busy and I've been resting as much as I can.. but this evening Ive started spotting pinkish blood.. everytime I wiped there was some and Ive started having cramp like pains.. I have a horrible feeling this is the start of a miscarriage:( trying to keep my hopes up but can't help but feel devastated :(
