NEED POSITIVE ADVICE AND HELP WITH WHAT'S NECESSARY FOR TRYING TO CONCEIVE ON LIMITED INCOME!!3

PLEASE HELP! My husband & I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now and I haven't been able to conceive. We have 2 girls under 10 years: 8 & 9 years old. Our 8 year old daughter is mentally challenged with ADHD and speech impairment. I've been taking certain vitamins along with my ovulation kit. This was recommended by my Primary Care Provider (PCP) along with a referral to a out of town OB/GYN for fertility issues. ANY Advice would be appreciated! Please help me figure out what to do about this problem. Certain things would be helpful, just wondering if someone would help me with certain things besides advice. ANYTHING WOULD HELPFUL.
