Elevated blood pressure
Saw my OB yesterday and my blood pressure was 136/84. Today saw the perinatologist (advanced maternal age) and my blood pressure was 141/76. My blood pressure has never been elevated, even through 3 pregnancy. I'm only 12w2d so I'm scared of what my blood pressure will be in the coming months. Any advice for me? I've increased my water intake and am trying to watch sodium.
