Question

I know I am going to sound so stupid on here but I took a test Friday and I thought I saw a faint line but after the three minutes passed I just didn’t see anything mind tricks I guess and I kept test but I was getting ready to toss it today and saw the line... so dumb question time does that mean I could be pregnant? Or is test invalid because line didn’t really show up in time it was suppose to? Or was the line always there and I just didn’t think it was anything because it was so faint? Just asking no judging I will test in a few more days haven’t had a period since February and been having spotting when I was suppose to get my period and also nauseous and just feel quisy all the time thoughts?
