Early ultrasound

I am 7 and a half weeks and I am going to go to an ultrasound clinic tomorrow that isn’t though my doctor because my doctor doesn’t do ultrasounds until after the first trimester and I just want a piece of mind to know the baby is there and growing okay.

Will my ultrasound tomorrow be abdominal or transvaginal?

Also, will they be able to tell me if my baby is measuring correctly and the heart rate? The website says it is a non-diagnostic clinic, so I don’t know how much they will tell me.
