Im only around 5 weeks and these past few weeks i have been very tired nauseous not throwing up tho and weak., this morning i did feel tired i went to the bathroom because i felt my underwear wet and it was brown discharge and no more. Now i dont feel like that any more could something be wrong? I dont have any pain at all i do have just little nauseous it comes and goes but not as strong like yesterday. This will be baby #3 with my other two i was very sick till my last days. And ideas of what could be going on? And with my first pregnancy i had brown discharge for a few days maybe a week.
