Pregnant?! Opinions

I had my period in on July 21 and got married August the 8th me and the hubby had a honeymoon that week and I came back and my period was a week late I had what I thought was a light period all the hpt were negative now it's time for my period this month and I'm late and have symptoms like nausea vomiting dizziness hpt still negative OBGYN urine test negative I have a ultrasound in a week. Advice? I am on BC but take Medicine refularly that makes it less affective
