Is sunburn anything to worry about ?

A surprisingly beautiful day and a bottle of expired sunblock didn’t mix well for me and I’m quite burnt.  I’m feeling unwell because of it (chilled, headache) but is it anything extra to worry about during pregnancy?  I already took a cool shower and used a bunch of aloe.  I’ve literally never been burnt while pregnant before though lol.

As long as it’s not a severe burn you should’ve okay. Keep extra hydrated and take it easy for a day. If you notice a decrease in movement or contractions that don’t go away with hydration, or switching positions, go in and be checked out

Keep hydrating yourself well and aloe/lotion and you should be fine! If you get very light headed or dizzy or nausea/vomiting call your doctor incase you got a bit of heat stroke or anything as well.
