after sex bleeding/cramping/preg. scare

So two days ago I had sex for the first time in 3 of 4 years. I had been off my period a full day before, and had no spotting, but after he put it in I started bleeding. The blood was slightly brown and I haven't stopped bleeding since, and I also have cramps now a couple inches below my belly button.

Also, we used a condom and I'm not on birth control, but his penis did occasionally touch my entrance before he put a condom on. Is there a chance I could get pregnant from that?
