Are Boppy pillows worth it?

If you had one of the regular boppy pillows for your baby, did you find it worth the $40 they cost? I see so many parents using them for their babies, but for as much as they cost I just can't decide if it's a necessity or not.

Did you use it to prop up baby or for nursing? Both?
