Confused

Okay, S/O and I have been trying to convince for over 2 years...this has came with many "im a day late" but then disappointed when I start. It actually took me away from this app for a little over a month cuz I just didn't want to know when I was ovulating...yesterday while at work my chest was sore...so when I got home I logged on, finding out that I'm now 7 days late...took a test, of course it was a brutal negative...today, my chest is still tinder and (TMI) I kinda feel like there is a plug down below...it's been 13 years since I was pregnant so I don't remember all the signs...I'm so confused, I really want this to be true!!! Please help with any kinda advice....
