I have a 1 year old blue healer. She drives me absolutely bat shit at night. She does nothing but bark and bark and bark at night. I’ll put her outside because she will bark enough to wake my children up and that is a huge annoyance. But then she will just bark for literal nonstop hours outside and I’m worried she’s going to wake my neighbors and they will call the police or something. I have no idea what she’s barking at or why. We have tried calming tablets, putting her in our room, putting her in her own space, letting her roam the house, under direction of the guy who trained our older dog we started a spray can of air, when she starts in we spray the can. Not on her just near her. It’s supposed to be a noise deterrent. She thinks it’s a game and wants to play with the can. We even bought her a bark collar so when she barks it vibrates. It doesn’t even phase her. It drives our older dog mad too. Every time the one year old starts in barking my older (she’s 4) will start to growl and she has actually attacked our younger dog for barking so much. We didn’t just get this dog. We’ve had her for over a year. It was a year in February. I have no idea how to stop this but I’m growing to hate this dog. Any tips or tricks would be GREATLY appreciated.
