Knee / tibia clicking?

I have this weird condition where whenever I move my foot up or sideways it makes my tibia pop, much like when I’m cracking my knuckles.

It has been like that for a little while too. Has anyone ever had that? Does anyone know what this is?

It first started in my left leg and now I’m feeling it « attack » my other leg as well. Also I have been feelin’ some sort of pain in my upper left knee / tibia due to the popping.

P. S. I have a contraceptive implant. Does this have to do with anything ?
