Yesterday my boyfriend used my epilator on his stomach and chest. He applied baby powder before doing it, and an aloe lotion when he was done. This morning he woke up with these red bumps spread from his chest to his stomach. Meh thinks it is from the epilator, but I think it is an allergic reaction. He did not have that many hairs where all the red bumps are, so I have no clue what is causing this. Any ideas?
