Cramp

So I've posted before and I get that some cramp is normal but this hurts bad, 6 weeks 5 days contacted dr and apparently normal all tests are still positive just wanting to know if others have had pain etc and how I can best deal with it

5 miscarriages previously so obviously worried about the pain 😕
