A little Brown spotting- should I skip workout?
I’m 6.5weeks and I’ve had a little bit of brown spotting today and a little this weekend, only when I wipe and not every time. I’m not that concerned because I know it’s pretty common right now and since it’s not red or heavy or with cramps.
With my Mc in January I had intense cramps when the spotting started and the spotting was pink/red. I have a scan Thursday so just trying to stay calm till then. I’ve been working out regularly, about 45 min 5/6 times a week- (25 of weight lifting and 20 of hiit cardio step) do you think I should skip my workouts till my scan or continue on as usual? I think it will help with my anxiety and relax me!
