Morning sickness 9.5 weeks? Medication no longer helping

My doctor prescribed me Zofran on 8w6d cause I wasn't keeping food or liquids down. It helped for about the first 4 days and now I'm back to feeling super nauseous... Havent thrown up yet but I am gagging whenever I get the feeling of needing to throw up. Is this normal for the nausea medication to stop working/ helping? I feel like I'm dying but I'm so happy my baby id healthy!

I’m 10w5d and on diclectin (diclegis) - I found it has reduced some of the intensity of the nausea and I’ve stopped vomiting ... but I still feel nauseous most of the day, my dry heaving / gagging has become much worse 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nothing worked for me , when I took the medication it actually got so much worse . I hope we get through this soon!!
