I know it is early, but I'm so excited this will be my first baby all natural! I have 3 older babies and had an epidural with them, but the last time the epidural stopped working before it was time to push and it messed my back up it hurts so bad every day. So this time I decided I won't be getting an epidural at all. I'm surprisingly not scared at all, just excited! Any other mommies not getting an epidural? Any breathing techniques or pain management tricks you can share? I remember it hurt like hell pushing my last out, but it literally all disappeared the moment he started crying and they laid him on my chest. ❤ I really would like me or my husband to catch this baby as well! :)
