Foot/Leg cramps?

Anyone else experiencing this? I get horrible cramps in my legs or feet sometimes one after another. Usually at night while I'm sleeping or in the morning as I'm waking up.

Yup! Awful calf cramps while I’m sleeping! My mom told me to eat a banana before bed and that seems to be helping a little.

Ugh 😩 yessssss  almost every morning...horrible leg cramps. Some days it will hurt to walk all day after...

Yes!!  Doctor said to take magnesium pills and it helped me.

I was noticing cramps in my hamstrings a lot at night. I started putting electrolytes in my drink for the last couple weeks and havent had an issue.
