Anyone else dilating at 31 weeks?

Did anyone else start dilating at 30/31 weeks? 
I don’t feel right but my doctors tell me it’s normal. I have constant cramping and BH. And severe pressure to the point where I don’t wanna get up at all. I felt like this with my first at 37/ 38 weeks

I feel the same way only I’ve had zero dilation and a closed cervix still. However I’m always feeling pressure and pain in my pelvis lower belly area I’ve also had Braxton Hicks like crazy that get worse when I’m moving around.

I started dilating at 30 weeks and was in labor. It was stopped and I went into labor again at 31 weeks and things moved very fast and baby was born 30 mins after getting to the hospital.

I was a 3 from 30 weeks until I delivered at 38 weeks
