First checkup

So I went to the doctors today for my first checkup. To the apps calculation I should be 7 wks and when they checked my uterus they said that it felt like 12 wks unless the uterus was up higher.. should I be concerned? Has anyone been told this? I do look like I’m showing more than I should be but I put it off to bloating causing it. Any ideas?
