Breast pain

So. For about 4-5 months i have had constant breast pain. Primarily in the left breast, it’s more of a stinging/burning pins and needles pain. And gets worse when i take my bra off when i have nothing holding them up/support. I wear bralettes, so never anything constricted and sleep braless at night The only time it’s somewhat bearable is during my period. So today I finally called my ob and made an appointment to see her. I am terrified because they made it basically a next day appointment. My mom passed away, so I’m not able to ask her if breast cancer runs in our family, and my dad doesn’t know anything about my grandma because they weren’t close like that and she passed away when I was 14. It may be nothing. It may be something. Who knows. All i know is I don’t have my mommy to call and cry to currently So here i am.
