I'm very cautious about anything I eat or take was trying to fight off a terrible  cold for two days with no medicine then after the coughing kept making me throw up my SO went out and it me Tylenol cold which was on my doctors list of ok medicine. I didn't realize until today it wa multisympton which I've been reading we're not supposed to take multisympton. SHOULD I BE WORRIED? I'm 18 weeks almost 19 weeks.
