Does anyone know what this rash could be?

I do not have any STD’s I am 7 weeks pregnant. It’s in my inner thigh. I have struggled with yeast infections in that area ALOT but I’ve never seen bumps like this! It hurts to walk ughhhhh

Sorry this is TMI..................
Looks like what happens to me if my underwear gets wet and kind of rubs my leg.  Idk it's like it makes a rash that's raised up.  I just put baby butt rash cream and it usually goes down.  And keeping the area dry helps it go away faster.
