Being dependent on husband and losing voice PLEASE READ AND HELP

So I’m pretty much completely financial and in every way dependent on my husband. Myself and my 2 children who aren’t his are all subsidized by him. I’m incredibly grateful but at the same time I’m frustrated bc I feel that because of this I’m not able to voice my concerns or unhappiness with certain things. His sister and 2 children recently moved in with us because she wiped her ass with 35k and has nowhere else to go. Let me say again that she came into a large amount of money before this and wiped blew it all stupidly and this is why she needs to stay with us. As of right now we don’t know how long. When talking with my husband about my concerns and setting a time limit about how long she can stay, I could tell he was annoyed. I felt like he wanted to say well I subsidize you and your 2 kids so your opinion doesn’t matter. Is he right? Is that kind of thinking right and I just have to tolerate anything and almost everything because of him providing everything for us??
