Need advice on vagina discharge

So my vagina has been letting out greenish yellow discharge for about 10 days now but I went to the doctors and they prescribed me a yeast infection pill but after I took it, it only helped with the itchiness and white discharge. But now the yellowish greenish discharge won’t go away. Every time I wipe it comes out that color but it doesn’t burn when I pee nor itch anymore nd my doctor checked and she didn’t see any herpes. And so then it’s already been 10 days since I used it and the weird discharge won’t go away. So I put a tampon in and the discharge was on it when I took it out and it did hurt when I put it in and out. That usually doesn’t happen. So what do y’all think I have? And I am going to go back to the doctors, I’m just curious on your opinion
