Upgrading Wedding Rings? 10 year Anniversary

I love my wedding ring. It’s comfortable, I can wear it everyday.

I wanted to mark our 10 years with new rings. We also renowned our vowels in Hawaii but we couldn’t afford them at the time. Now we can and I found a beautiful bridal set ring that is pear cut just like my original band just bigger a 2kt. The thing is I am not sure what to do? At first it was going to be a simple diamond band to go on my left hand. And then I saw this new pearcut and I fell hard. I am just torn since it’s replacing my original band. The new ring is big and flashy, I would just wear the band at times (which is beautiful on it’s on) and when we go out wear the other part. Help? What do you think. I kept the same shape to remember my old ring and I will still wear the original occasionally. Also hubby got a new ring since is other one was giving him problems.

So long story short get the new upgraded one? a simple diamond band on left hand? a 3 stone past present future on left hand?? or upgrade the original with a new band?
