Contractions?
I am a first time mom and didn’t really experience braxton hicks. Today i am 40 weeks and i started experiencing tightening and a pain that catches me off guard. I’m not sure if they’re contractions or my little girl just stretching. Did anyone experience this as well or know what if it truly is contractions or her stretching ? Should i start timing them ?
