Ab workouts
First & last time doing core workouts.
I’m all scared that I might’ve hurt my baby while working out, I didn’t lift no weights but I feel sore in my side tummy.
I’m in my second trimester & I just wanted to know if there’s any ladies out there that have done ab workouts not exclusive to pregnancy?
