What the actual fuuuuuuu.....

Question

Went into L&D because today I started bleeding and having pieces of tissue in the toilet and on the TP along with what feels like pretty painful contractions. They said I’m about 4cm dilated, maybe a little more, the contractions are actual contractions, and the tissue is pieces of my water bag. They said they wouldn’t keep me because my contractions weren’t close enough together and my water isn’t technically broken. Now I’m just sitting at home waiting for possibly nothing and stressing out! 
Anyone else have similar stories?? Pretty freaked out right now!

So I’m going un-anonymous lol I’m back in L&D, my water is now leaking pretty bad (no gush yet but nurse said definitely amniotic fluid on the test strip), contractions 3-4 minutes apart, and dilated to 4cm! Waiting for doctor to come in and talk to us!

Second opinion was TOTALLY worth it. Ended up needing a c section because his cord was wrapped around his shoulder and cutting off his oxygen. Colton Daniel born April 24, 2019 at 5:31 am 7pounds 3ounces.

Ok so who’s ready for a messed up story?? 
I was checked by 2 nurses and a doctor and all said the same thing: I am 4 cm dilated, my water is broken, my contractions were 3-4 minutes apart for about 5 hours. My contractions stopped and the doctor came in about 11 and said they were going to start me on pictocin at noon. 
WEEELLL....
ANOTHER doctor came in and checked me... she told me I am NOT dilated at all and I’m completely closed, my water is NOT broken, and that I’m not in labor. I asked her how we can be told the same exact thing from 3 of her colleagues and she’s the only one who thinks I’m not in labor and she’s calling them liars basically. I said “is everyone else in this hospital besides you incompetent?” 
So needless to say they sent us home and now we are about to go to another hospital for a second opinion because when they did the first test for amniotic fluid, they showed us the results and it was BLAZING positive for amniotic fluid. I’ve checked my own cervix and I AM dilated at LEAST 3 1/2.

If your contractions weren’t regular you weren’t in active labor. I was 4cm dilated and bleeding off and on for 3 weeks before my regular contractions began.
