Gastric sleeve surgery

Hey ladies..

I would like some advice or comments from anyone who has previously had the gastric sleeve surgery (the one where they cut your stomach in order to loose weight) sorry if I said the wrong name ..

This surgery has been on the back of my mind for years now until I ultimately said no way I can’t do it .. the main reasoning I said no was because of seeing others around me going through problems ..

Like this one customer when I worked in a cafe would have to run to the toilet every 10 minutes to keep the food down & same with another .. then there’s the loosing hair and so on ,,

It’s starting to creep back to my mind again since I’ve gained 20 kilos recently .. I’m 175cms tall and weight 130kilograms (Australia net) I have noo self confidence lately and have been exercising and trying to eat less but I still don’t see results and I know this surgery is no quick fix or easy way out but I just basically want to hear feedback on how your life was post surgery.. did it affect your quality of life ? Going out for dinners not being able to eat much etc ..

I’ve heard of the one where they tighten ur stomach with a band or insert a balloon but there’s higher risk of gaining the weight back ..
