Came off depo Nov’18 ttc #1 how long till everything comes back to normal? TMI

So I have been on contraceptives for the last 10 years with no periods... had a depo shot last August and didn’t have another one in november... as my other half and I would love a baby... 8th April I thought I had a period a proper one so bought some LH tests this month but they are all very faint. Don’t know what to make of this.

Also I don’t know if the period was implantation as it was not a heavy period?

But I have sore boobs, backache, nausea, bloating. Don’t want to waste money on pregnancy tests to find out its negative... how long should I wait to test?

I don’t know how long my cycle is yet as 8th April was my first one I think... 🤦🏼‍♀️🤞🏻 good luck to everyone ttc x
