Acne remedies?

Does anybody know any good acne remedies??? My skin is SO sensitive its insane. Almost anything will irritate it. Does anybody else experience this? Anything that helps?

I like to use a homemade face mask.
Have you ever heard of Spirulina Powder? I hadn’t, but it’s available online. Anyway you mix a teaspoon of that with a teaspoon and a bit of Manuka Honey, and that’s your face mask! You might have to do it a few times to get the consistency as you like it, and I like to leave it on for half an hour, but you can change it up to how you like it! Also I suggest doing it regularly
