So I’m a ftm; and I’m 27 weeks and 4 days; each day I’m getting a new pain somewhere lol here recently my hips started to hurt, not unbearable but like annoying. It really gets me when I have to climb over my husband (our bed is against the wall and he don’t like crawling over me because im pregnant) My daughter stays low so I get lightening crotch a lot and now my lady bits are sore and swollen. Is is because of her gaining weight?  Or could it be because the lightening crotch?

I am not sure about the swollen lady bits, but i do know the hips hurting sucks and completely normal, its your pelvic bones moving for birth and I’m sure the stretching of the muscles when this happen could potentially be what’s swelling your parts

The additional blood flow as normal, as well as your hormones. At this point in pregnancy your body is producing an out hormones to loosen your hips and everything in preparation for labor. It’ll make things every day hurt even when you feel like it’s something you’ve always done. 
Also, the bed.. my husband and I have our bed against the wal as well, we had to switch sides to make things work for us. I got too big and couldn’t climb over him any longer, and I had a c sections so I wasn’t going to climb the bed to get in and out of it. It took a few weeks getting used to it, but eventually we did & it works out well now.

It’s normal to be swollen, excess blood flow to that region plays a big part in that. As for the pains those all sound pretty normal too!
