10 weeks - morning sickness gone!!?

So I’m exactly 10 weeks today & haven’t had any nausea in the last couple days! Should I be concerned?? My breasts are still tender as ever, but after reading through posts about women losing pregnancy symptoms then finding out they’re miscarrying.. it concerns me 😭

I had the same thing happen last week! Was having no more nausea and then it came back with vengeance! I am 10 weeks

My symptoms started to get better at 10 weeks and then got horrible at 11. I think it comes and goes 🙁

I’ve never put much stock in the whole “disappearing symptoms=miscarriage” thing; I’ve had miscarriages and it takes a while for hormones to drop and symptoms to go away even after they’re over. 10 weeks seems like a common time for nausea to settle down some; mine had a huge improvement then and was great for about a week, then started flaring up again but only here and there and not constantly like it was before.
