Sudden male factor infertility

Hello beautiful ladies!

So my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for years. In 2016 we were on clomid and it was successful but it ended in an early miscarriage. Since then... absolutely nothing.

Fast forward to this year. I’ve had an hsg to reassure my tubes were open. Both were open and clear but my uterus tilts forward. We had a semen analysis done before we started this and dh sperm count was on the low end at 14 million. We go in yesterday for our first scheduled iui to find out they have to cancel it bc they can only find one active sperm in each sample. We were so heartbroken and confused.

Dh has an appointment with a urologist but cannot go until July. I’m 29 and he’s 30 and we’re ready to get on with baby lol. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone? Any tips?
