Bacterial Vaginosis?

My obgyn said that I have bacterial vaginosis. I had no symptoms except some spotting after sex. Can this be why I haven’t gotten pregnant yet? Been ttc for 8 months

No that has nothing to do with it. It’s just a ph imbalance. Good thing you got treated early on then, if you’re showing no symptoms. Because bv can get very very nasty. It causes a horrible fishy smell.

I got mine from a uti and a yeast infection. I avoided sex for two weeks and was on antibiotics for a week. It cleared up after. Just avoid sex for two weeks to be on the safe side
