13 weeks 5 days and not showing

I keep seeing all these post of ladies that are 13 weeks 5 days and there already showing. I know every pregnancy is different but I was expecting to show already because this is my second baby. I'm starting to get worried because I'm not showing and my stomach isn't hard is anyone else experience this?
