Utovlan (norethisterone)

Hey so I was placed on utovlan to delay my period. I got given this 3 days into my period and it stopped. I then finished the course had unprotected sex and had a light bleed 3 days after intercourse It’s normal to have a period after these meds are finished but could this mean absolutely no chance of pregnancy?
