Help! I’m going to get my hair done in an hour and a half and I’ve had super light-medium spotting the past few days with TERRIBLE cramps. I haven’t worn anything bc I’m too scared of even light absorbency ones if it’s not consistently heavy enough for one, but today it’s been heavier than the past few days but only every so often?? Mind you I’m on BC for the first time ever and this is the first sign on bleeding since I started a month ago, so i don’t know if it’s even a period? But I’m going to be sitting in the chair for at least 2 hours because I’m getting my hair completely changed, so should i risk it with nothing or risk it by wearing a tampon?? I’m so confused.
