Did anyone experience an implantation dip in their BBT and ALSO implantation spotting on the same day?

I’m 12 dpo so I definitely thought I was out yesterday (11 dpo) when my temp dipped, but AF never arrived... in the evening I wiped a bit of brownish discharge and I thought “oh great I’m definitely out then”... but then for the rest of the night there was nothing there when I wiped. I wore a liner to bed and it was completely clean in the morning. Around 11am I noticed the teensiest bit of brown discharge on the liner but still no AF. It’s now past 2pm and I’m wiping clean.

I know I’m grasping at straws here but I’ve never experienced spotting like this before. When my period comes it shows up with a vengeance lol

Has anyone experienced something like this and ended up being pregnant?
