Worried I can’t conceive

Anyone conceived with a light and short period? Since a miscarriage last August, I have spotted for a day, had medium/light flow where I use a regular tampon and just filled after 8 hours changing once and the day after hardly touching a light tampon and spotting. I’m really concerned that I won’t be able to conceive again and I’m 32 this year :-(
