AF OR PREGNANCY CRAMPS??

Hey there. I am 12dpo as of today and for the last 3 days I have had slight cramping. It feels like a pms cramp but wayyyy lighter. I am not due for AF until this weekend. I am also having headache and sore/tingly breast’s. I’m not sure what to think as my body has played tricks on me before. Has anyone experienced this and was pregnant???

I get this quite a lot. Light cramps up to 7 days before af 😪

No way to know if its pregnancy related until you get a positive pregnancy test

And when is usually get cramps they are a lot more intense than what I am experiencing now, due to a health issue.
