Endometriosis?

Hi ladies 
I’m hoping you could help. 
I came off my pill 6 months ago and my last couple of periods have not been pleasant. For the first two days I have cramps sometimes can be bad and I struggle too poop and when I do it is painful! I googled this and it says I have endometriosis? 
Could this be endometriosis or something else? I don’t seem to get any of the other symptoms related to endometriosis

You need to see a doctor. Hormones cause constipation and it doesn’t mean you have endometriosis. The only way to 100% confirm endometriosis is to biopsy tissue during surgery. If you’re having pain and discomfort you should see an OBGYN first and see if they refer you to a specialist. Take Miralax for the constipation, and medicate with Tylenol or ibuprofen for pelvic pain in the meantime.

It could be endo. I have it and my symptoms are Cramps (my worst and more prevalent symptom) , pain when using the bathroom, extreme hunger or appetite loss, extreme fatigue, irritability, and migraines. Symptoms are different for everybody, but everyone needs surgery to diagnose endometriosis. In a few cases, results show up on ultrasound but that is usually if there has been damage to the organs. This is definitely something you should bring up to your doctor.
