Anybody tried the Willow breast pump?

Question

I was considering trying the Willow breast pump for when I go back to work after I have my little one so I could pump while sitting at my desk. Anyone tried it? Likes/dislikes? Hard to clean? Covered by most insurances? Thanks ahead of time.

I bought it for work. I’m a teacher and have a coteacher so I’m never alone and knew pumping would be hard not being in my own space. However I hate the willow. I don’t get as much when I use it, it’s uncomfortable and very intrusive. I’ve tried the freemie pumps too and keep going back to my good old madela breast pump. It works the best and I’m most comfortable using it. At work I’ve started locking the door (I use a coworkers space) and honestly it’s not weird anymore. I got used to it. But Goodluck in whatever you try!

Yes, I’ve tried it. Didn’t like it didn’t work. 
I watched so many videos and kept trying to make it work but it never did. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong but I Just won’t suck well. I’ve emailed the company and asked them if I can return it and get a refund because I didn’t even use the right pump only opened and used the left pump. They refused because it was “ I already opened the box” and they recommended I watch more videos and try to make it work. I was so frustrated and disappointed ended up never using it again and purchased a Medela swing pump, much better! I love my Medela easier faster and at least it’s direct to the point. 
This is my personal experience with the product, I’ve read so many good reviews that’s why I bought it in the first place. But didn’t work with me. I still don’t know what’s wrong with it, or is it just me? But it’s too much work and effort to make it work and with a newborn it just wasn’t easy. 
Really wanted my experience with this product to be as amazing as the reviews I read.. had high hopes but yea that’s that.

I purchased the willow, I have BCBS and the won’t cover it. I haven’t used it yet but I’m excited to see if it really works. Once I deliver I will have two under two so I was in need of a pump that would not have my attached to cords do to my daughter being under me at all times. Hopefully this pump is my saving grace. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
