I keep skipping periods

I went off my birth control pill last August, my period was regular still up until January. I didn’t get it in January but got it February 13th and that was my last period. I was supposed to get one in March but never came and still haven’t gotten it this month. I’ve felt like it’s coming had cramps and pms, skin breaking out, bloating and still no period! Did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Anyone else experience this!??
