First opk post loss?

I lost my baby on March 29th... And assumed the bleeding I had was the miscarriage and tissue passing. My cycle has been regular for years and my OB said there should be no lapse in my cycle... Here we are.. Almost a whole month later....no period. Took an opk just to have an idea of what is happening... And this is what I got. Opinions?

I would say it’s a negative OPK so would keep testing for the next few days to see if it’s getting darker or lighter, if lighter then you know you’re passed ovulation and can expect your period soon (or a bfp if you were trying 🤞) and if it keeps getting darker then at least you know where you’re at! My miscarriage last year did throw my cycle off its usual pattern a tiny bit but not by much.

it takes anywhere between 4-8 weeks to get a period sometimes . just be patient and relax or maybe your period won’t come 😉

I would find another doctor to do an ultrasound, personally. I don’t track anything with my cycles, so I don’t know how any of that works, and different people have HCG in their system for different amounts of time, but I would still get a second opinion at this point.
