Worried I may be miscarrying
Hi. I am 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I am cramping up big time. I have been cramping for the last 4 weeks, but today it is almost unbearable pain. No blood, but more vaginal discharge than usual. Back pain too. Also... even if I'm not bleeding, I can smell period blood. It's so weird, I know. This is my first pregnancy and I don't know anything, what do the more experienced ladies out there think?
